The P90X also known as power 90 extreme is done by cross-training which combines a variety of exercise techniques such as cardio, yoga, strength training, polymetrics and stretching. The order of exercise is switched while incorporating new moves. P90x consists of a nutrition guide that helps you eat right calories to maximize your results. A fitness plan to help keep up with the exercise. The workout program also has a calendar showing the days you are to do the workout exercises. The workout last for thirteen weeks and exercising is done six days per week which is clearly indicated in the calendar. It has a DVD video that features Tony Hurton as the instructor with the assistance of several male and female fitness models to demonstrate the various techniques.
